WEST WICKHAM SNT: DRINK DRIVE ARREST

On Saturday 2nd MAY officers from the West Wickham, and Hayes & Coney Hall Safer Neighbourhood Teams stopped a vehicle on Glebe Way following reports of a collision with a EV charging point

​Upon speaking with the driver, it became clear that the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested and in custody blew 4.5 times over the legal limit on the Evidential Breath Machine.

​The Outcome

​We can confirm that the individual has since been charged and remanded to appear at court.
